As an 8th generation Native Texan, Shane Yarbrough has an intimate understanding of North Texas that few can match. With over 50 years of experience living in the DFW metroplex—growing up in Carrollton, attending Jesuit College Preparatory, and earning his degree from the University of North Texas in Denton—Shane has witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformation of this vibrant region, from sprawling farms to thriving communities.

Shane is not only a seasoned real estate professional but also a passionate mentor dedicated to training and empowering other agents to achieve success. His approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, thorough knowledge of the market, and exceptional communication skills.

I am a proud native Texan, born and raised in Sachse, Texas. Currently, I reside in Oak Point with my husband, Glynn, of 30 wonderful years. Together, we have raised two incredible boys in Coppell, Texas, where we also successfully owned and operated a family business for over 32 years. We are Lollie and Pops to our 16-month-old grandson and eagerly anticipate the arrival of our second grandson in early December 2024.

My passion lies in ensuring that all my clients feel like they are part of my family. With decades of experience in developing and nurturing customer relationships, I effortlessly leverage my skills in customer service, business professionalism, and enduring energy to make the home buying or selling process an enjoyable experience for every client.

My goal is to provide an experience characterized by uncompromising trust, open communication, and market expertise with each transaction. Administrative Coordinator

Terri Drawert

I am a graduate from University of Texas at Dallas earning a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Development. After graduating, I began working with children with disabilities. I then moved into a career in teaching and have taught in the Dallas and Allen area.

I am married to John who has worked at Scottish Rite Hospital for 33 years. Together we have 2 sons, Jack and Logan, and have lived in Allen for 21 years. We also share a love for rescue animals and have adopted several pets over the years.

After 20 years of teaching I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and became an agent. I am now an Administrative Transaction Coordinator and team member of the Y&S Luxury Group. I am dedicated to supporting agents in achieving their goals and ensuring that all transaction details are meticulously managed for a seamless process.

When I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, working out, cooking, painting and sewing. I am also active in my community.
